Your Payment Method is charged upon your order being reviewed and approved. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to your order, depending on your ship to location or the type of products you purchase. BodySong Spa may decline an order, for any reason, or may cancel an order at any time. We generally ship orders within 2-4 business days of accepting an order. Delivery date will vary depending on the carrier and your location. To make a change to your order, shipment address, or to cancel your purchase, you must cancel or make that change before your order has shipped. Contact Customer Service at 800-601-0688 to make a change. No cancellations or changes are permitted after shipment. Any change to an order may cause a delay in shipping and/or delivery.
Refunds are for merchandise/store credit only.
NO REFUNDS, exchanges or returns on chocolate, bulk sizes or palletized orders.
For a purchase to be approved for a refund, the purchase must be unopened and saleable.
Damaged Shipments: DO NOT UNPACK, DESTROY OR DISPOSE OF THE DAMAGED PACKAGE UNLESS INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOING SO MAY RESULT IN A DENIAL OF YOUR CLAIM.
Contact Customer Service at 800-601-0688 to receive a RA (return authorization) number. Packages without a return authorization number will NOT be accepted. Refunds do not include shipping charges and are for merchandise/store credit only. Exchanges will be billed for any new shipping charges (if shipped). Products MUST be received with 30 days of the invoice date and be unopened and in saleable condition to be eligible for exchange/store credit. NO REFUNDS, exchanges or returns on chocolate, bulk sizes or palletized orders.
ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS and ORDRES REFUSED upon delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges. NO C.O.D. orders are accepted.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees due upon receipt of your order.

A Spa Credit will be issued on products returned within 30 days of purchase. Purchases must be unopened and saleable to be eligible for a spa credit.
